There's actually a new site called ibeatyou that has odd competition stuff like this. You go and upload photos and videos of whatever contests you want to start, then rate entries. There are some pretty good competitions going on already, though I think it's still an alpha site, which means registering before using. But it's pretty cool if you're into this type of stuff.
